Position description
The Department of Radiology at the University of California, Davis is currently recruiting for two Abdominal Imaging Radiologists at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank, to commensurate with experience and credentials, in the Professor of Clinical Radiology or Health Sciences Clinical Professor series.
Expectations for the Health Sciences Clinical Professor (HSCP) series include providing patient care, engaging in public and University service, and participating in teaching and scholarly or creative work opportunities. Expectations for the Clinical “X” series include providing patient care, research, teaching, and engaging in public and University service.
The Abdominal Imaging Division currently has 12 faculty. Some division members also perform CT & US guided abdominal interventional procedures, and some participate in complex 2nd & 3rd trimester obstetric ultrasound.
The Division is a collaborative and supportive group with responsive leadership. There are no overnight or evening call responsibilities. As part of the team, you will work alongside approximately 30 hard-working radiology residents and 3 outstanding abdominal imaging fellows.

Qualifications
MD, DO, or equivalent degree
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of California
Fellowship trained or undergoing training in Abdominal Imaging
Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Proficiency in all aspects of Abdominal Imaging including MR, CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopic studies
We welcome applicants with proficiency in abdominal interventional procedures, though this is not necessary
