Position description

1) Responsibilities: A one quarter (Spring 2025) 60% position teaching EVE 100 – Introduction to Evolution (4 units). Lecture–3 hours, Discussion–1 hour. The course subject provides a general survey of the origins of biological diversity and evolutionary mechanisms. Estimated enrollment: 200.

2) Requirements: Ph.D. and demonstrated effectiveness teaching this subject or equivalent course.

3) Salary: A reasonable estimate for this position is $68,247 - $76,814.
