Salary range: The salary range for this position is $189,900-$288,300. "Off-scale salaries" and other components of pay, i.e., a salary that is higher than the published system-wide salary at the designated rank and step, are offered when necessary to meet competitive conditions, qualifications, and experience.

Position description

The University of California, Davis, School of Law invites applications from entry-level and experienced candidates for positions to begin July 1, 2025. Our hiring needs are flexible, and are open to considering strong candidates in all subject-matter areas, but we have especially pronounced needs in private international law, as well as first-year courses generally. We seek candidates with an established record demonstrating scholarly distinction or tremendous promise, as well as a commitment to excellence in teaching and maintenance of a strong academic community. Candidates must hold a J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree by the date of their application.
