ANNOUNCEMENT OF ACADEMIC POSITION

LECTURER IN MUSIC

Academic Year 2016-17

The Department of Music at the University of California, Davis, announces openings for lecturers to teach the following courses during the 2016-17 academic year.

Music 223   “Topics in Ethnomusicology” (fall)
Music 129D  “Folk Musics of Europe” (winter)

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum qualifications for all positions is a Ph.D.
degree or equivalent professional experience.

SALARY: Dependent upon candidate’s training and experience.

STARTING DATE: Fall Quarter (Sep 19 – Dec 9, 2016)
Winter Quarter (Jan 6 – Mar 24, 2017)
