Position description

The Department of Statistics at the University of California, Davis, anticipates one or more openings for a part-time or full-time Lecturer for the delivery of the department’s undergraduate curriculum during the 2016-2017 academic year depending on the instructional needs of the department. The courses to be taught may include introductory statistics as well as other lower and upper division undergraduate courses. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in statistics or a related field and have prior experience teaching statistics (preferably at the college/university level). Salary is commensurate with the candidate’s training and experience. These positions are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
