The Lecturer, called a Faculty Advisor in the IMP program, is primarily responsible for:

•Overall guidance to the student teams on the consulting and project management process, analytical frameworks, presentation structure and contents, and managing the customer relationship.
•Supporting the team with insights and feedback on the customer project, including sponsor engagement, analysis and research, hypothesis and conclusions, and the oral and written presentations.
•Meeting regularly with the student teams to monitor and advise on project progress.
•Attending at least three client meetings per project with the student teams.

The Lecturer is not responsible for identifying project sponsors.
