The Graduate School of Management (GSM) at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) seeks an instructor to teach Intermediate Financial Accounting I, II and III that are offered in the undergraduate accounting minor program on UC Davis campus. The courses are taught across the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters with the possibility of multiple sections of each course. Responsibilities include course preparation and presentation of lectures, preparation and grading of exams, office hours outside of class, and supervision of teaching assistants. Salary is based on ability and experience.

The position fits UC Davis Unit 18 Lecturer status. Unit 18 Lecturers are governed under a collective bargaining agreement (American Federation of Teachers (AFT) - Non-Senate Instructional Unit). Under this contract, once a lecturer accumulates enough quarters of service, the lecturer can be reviewed for a Continuing Lecturer position.
