The University of California, Davis School of Medicine, UC Davis Eye Center, is seeking a full-time faculty member in Comprehensive Ophthalmology. This position will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank in the Clinical Professor or Health Sciences Clinical Professor series. The position is designed for an individual who will be active in clinical care and/or clinical research. The candidate must have an MD, be board certified or immediately eligible for board certification, possess or be eligible for licensure in the state of California, have teaching experience, and advanced clinical and surgical care experience in the comprehensive ophthalmology field. Additionally, award achievements in outstanding clinical care and teaching/mentoring are preferred. Responsibilities include: clinical patient care, teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows; and university service.
